the cooking techniques used to create them.

Doors open at 6:30pm for cocktails and finger foods.
Demonstration begins at 7pm.

Doug Petruzzi, CEC AAC is currently the Executive Chef and Director of Culinary at Pocono ProFoods. Chef Doug has been in charge of all culinary operations at Pocono for nearly 17 years and has been an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef for nearly 20 years. In 2011 Chef Doug, along with 15 other chefs nationally, was inducted as a fellow in the prestigious American Academy of Chefs.

Chef Jill Oman • Coming to us after ten years behind the line at Bethlehem BrewWorks, and a six-month stint at Legal Seafood in Boston, MA, Chef Jill was lured back to Bethlehem by a mutual friend of hers and Neville's to run McCarthy's. She brought her experience, training, good humor, and overall awesomeness with her and has quickly revitalized the staff and kitchen, added new, and quite delicious, pub friendly menu items, and has many ideas for the future of her new home, McCarthy's.
