No one who knew Megan growing up, a shy bookworm who rarely ever spoke except when called on in class, would believe that she's now singing in public! — Up until very recently she only sang in front of cows, horses and other assorted and unprotesting audiences.
It has been her great good fortune to find the joy of Irish music, and the camaraderie of the wonderful, down-to-earth people who gather to play and sing it. Sensing her great joy in the music they coaxed her into learning the songs — and eventually into singing them in public.
Now there is nothing she loves more than to immerse herself in the music and friendship that is the heart of Irish “kitchen” music.
