McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub’s staff invites you over for a Celtic Cooking Demonstration
You watch and enjoy a two courses, with suggested drinks pairings, while we entertain with a demonstration of some of the finer techniques of celtic cuisine.
First Tuesdays of the Month:
October 3, November 7, and December 5
Doors open at 6:30pm, ticket includes the two courses being demonstrated. Does not include beverages.
Limited space – $20 per person, per demonstration all inclusive

For October we will be demonstrating the finer points of making:
Appetizer: Potato Pancakes with Smoked Salmon canape, fresh dill and cream cheese.
Entree: Beef and Stout Pies
November 7 •
Entree: Corned Beef with Colcannon
Dessert: By popular request - CREME BRULEE!!
December 5 •
Appetizer: Potato Leek Soup
Entree: Sausage Coddle
