McCarthy’s Millionaire Bars

McCarthy’s millionaire bars are a decadent dessert known countywide in the old country. Comprised of a thin layer of buttery, flakey shortbread, and a thick layer of homemade caramel topped with chocolate and sea salt. These bars are the perfect combination of salty and sweet, chewy and crunchy. Meant to be enjoyed at any time of day, a sweet late-night snack, or a mid-afternoon pick me up, we aren’t going to judge!

McCarthy’s treacle tart bars are made with a light, flakey shortcrust filled with golden syrup, rolled oats, breadcrumbs, and eggs. Once baked you are ready to enjoy a tender bar with a gooey inside and a crisp topping and crust. A lovely traditional 

McCarthy’s Shortbread bars are for pick-up only and cannot be shipped due to freshness and quality standards. You must place your order at least 3 hours before pick-up to give our bakers time to prepare your scones.
